每个学期, the Executive 指导 Program provides 20 seniors and juniors the opportunity to connect with three individuals in Executive Roles for the purposes of discussing career paths and leadership.
Connecting Barnard 学生 to Transformative Leaders
The Executive 指导 Program connects Barnard juniors and seniors to distinguished leaders in C-Suite and other senior roles across industries. Small-group meetings that take place on-site at offices around 纽约市 provide the opportunity for Executive 指导 Program Fellows to gain unique insights into leadership in industry, 政府, 非营利组织, 高等教育, 和更多的. 学生 complete three Executive Mentoring Sessions and complete reflection papers on their experiences.
